This blows standard nasal strips out of the water. You can visibly see your nostrils expand. Nose breathing is improved drastically. Worth every penny in my opinion. Honestly I would’ve paid even more than for this than it’s listed at.

This product has been life changing, opening my nasal airways allowing chronic sinus infections to heal and curing my sleep apnea which I had for more than 10 years. Far better than any nasal strip— it fits better, opens airways more, the tape adhesive is infinitely easier on my skin, and is easier to apply as you get the hang of using the magnet for applying. Here are my tips. Use tweezers to remove the magnetic adhesive strips in the morning. Pull very slowly, gently, and easily. You will learn over time to place the strips consistently so just relax it’ll happen after about a week. I have used this product for several months every evening. I put it on early evening to get the benefit while watching TV. I have found my breathing is not just improved at night. There’s an effect all day as my sinuses feel healthier and airways more open. This lasting effect during the day has persisted now for two months, it’s a huge and very real impact. I attribute the daytime benefit to the healing that is occurring from my airways being open. Easy to put on. Luckily I don't have oily skin. I'm sleeping better and my wife says my snoring has been reduced by 90%. I bought 2 more sets for my dad & father in law. It's less than a dollar night. Worth it.

I've delt with a deviated septum for most of my life and I've always had to sleep with a breath rite strip so I don't breath through my mouth all night.
